Shipping policy
All orders are processed and booked for couriers collection within 1 business day of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order tracking information has been allocated.
Australian Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer two forms of delivery.
Small Items (Under 5kg): Australia Post Express Bag.
Delivery Time: 1 - 3 business days within Express Post Network
Large Items (Plotters/Presses): Australia Post Parcel Post / Toll / Aramax.
Delivery Time: 2 - 14 business days.
International Shipping
We do not offer International purchases or shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@gsndirect.com.au with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Delivery to PO boxes is not available.
Warranty Returns
In the very unlikely event that within the year of your purchase, an item becomes defective on its own accord. We bare all the associated shipping costs by reimbursement. Shipping costs for items returned with no faults, are the purchaser's responsibility.
No warranty is supplied for goods given as free items or "bonuses".
