GSN Direct™ includes the amazing Signmaster software with all Vinyl Cutters. Customer software support, is "built-in" to the software using a online ticketing system. Your software has an a lifetime licence and unique code registered just to you.

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

Your Vinyl Cutter should give you many years of service.
All equipment is covered by 12 months warranty as per Australian Consumer Law.

NOTE: As of 01/07/2019 we no longer service / repair / or supply parts for equipment that was not purchased though us (grey imports) or an authorised agent.
