prides itself on ongoing customer support, and not just for your warranty period. We have clients we still assist that have purchased from us 10+ years ago. Our support is via email and online ticketing system. It is efficient and available seven days a week.

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

Our warranty claim rate is less than 1% P/A. 
In the extremely unlikely event of equipment failure, we arrange courier collection and return of your item at our expense. Our "1 Day Turnaround" ensures same day repair so we get you back up running as soon as possible.

NOTE: As of 01/07/2019 we no longer service / repair / or supply parts for equipment that was not purchased though us (grey imports) or an authorised agent.
