An automated "Order Conformation" email was sent to your registered email address following your checkout. It contains a link to download a PDF of your Tax Invoice.
If you did not receive this email it may be in your spam folder. Please then ensure you mark us as a "safe sender" as there will be other important emails we will be sending.
NOTE: Hotmail users may receive no emails from us, as Hotmail is notorious for simply deleting emails from first time senders.

On the day of receiving your order (If within business hours) we log your order online with the appropriate transport company for collection, they in turn allocate us with a consignment number.
As you would be aware all transport companies are experiencing significant delays. What use to be a few hours wait for collection from our warehouse, can now be a few days.
As we provide you your order tracking number/s promptly. These delays can be reflected in your tracking number/s sometimes taking a few days to show as active.
If you have purchased one of our "Package Specials" you will receive TWO tracking numbers. Note that goods may not arrive together.
Patience is required by all of us, as Australia deals with its longest ever transport delivery delays.
NOTE: Our products have a very long warranty so it may pay to keep the packaging in case of goods ever need to be returned.

Support is for technical related issues only. We do not provide tuition on basic equipment operation or graphic design. Equipment user manuals, software help files and video tuition files are included for your reference.

We recommend that you use an IT technician for the configuration of your PC with your machine. All PC's are different and it may require manual comm port configuration. Hence, this process is out of our support skills.

Sticker Vinyl: Arlon 5000, or Avery 900 Supercast Film for longer term.
Application Tape: R-Tape R4075 Medium Tack Application Tape.
Heat Transfer Film: Chemica products.

There are many brands and types of materials available and it is beneficial to learn their different applications.

Your design/cutting software program is packaged with your machine and is on disk. If you do not have a disk drive you can download the program HERE.
* Your PSN (Product Serial Number) is located inside CD case.

Ensure you turn off any antivirus software when downloading. Once downloaded unzip (extract) into folders.
