Can I inspect before buying?
In 2018 we closed our Perth store and expanded to use fulfilment warehouse locations in Sydney and Melbourne. The transition to an ecommerce business model, allowed us to greatly reduce our prices and expand to supply the entire country. As with all ecommerce businesses, we are now 100% online based.

What is the ordering process?
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email. This email contains your Tax Receipt and login details to our Client Area. If you don't receive this email please check your spam folder.
In some instances the Order Confirmation email can be mistaken as spam and deleted by Hotmail, Live, Bigpond and personal mail servers. If you don't receive the Order Confirmation email, then please Contact Us from an ALTERNATVE email address.

Will you deliver to my location?
Here is a list of Post Codes we CAN NOT deliver too.

Our shipping is under a prepaid fulfillment agreement. We can not charge you more to ship to a location on that list.

How long will my delivery take?
Once your order is received, we process and book the appropriate courier company for the collection. They in turn allocate us the tracking number/s and we then forward them to you. This process normally takes just one-two business days.

Delivery times of course vary with your location. We have no control over your delivery once collected, so we can't quote delivery times. However, your Courier will endeavor to deliver your order as fast as their network allows.

I ordered a Package Deal yet only received part of the order?
Your equipment is large and heavy. Goods are shipped separately and depending on your location, sometimes with different carriers. Please check your emails from us and you will find two different tracking emails.

Do I need any training, as I’m not sure how to use this equipment?
If you have basic computer skills, then you will be fine. The included design software “Signmaster” is full of inbuilt tutorials, videos and even a direct support link for help from a “real” person.

What sort of computer do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC or Notebook is recommended. Nothing real powerful, nor is a CD drive required.
For Macintosh users there is a software program that supports our machines; however we do not include it or support it. You will find it at: www.easycutstudio.com

Where can I buy materials from?
Once you place your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This email contains information on accessing our “Client Area” where you will find that information and much more.
We have a recommended supplier that has a warehouse in every state. You can purchase direct online by the meter with trade pricing.
Quality sticker vinyl is as low as $4p/m. Industry "rule of thumb" is around a $200 return on each meter.

Do you sell Heat Presses or Sublimation Printers?
No. We just sell Vinyl Cutters. We do however sometimes run package promotions where we include a Heat Press as a free bonus item.

What else will I need to get started?
While your sign machine comes with a stand, we recommend operating it on a plastic trestle table. Placed on the end, it gives you a great working area.
Plus you'll need some rulers, hobby knives and scissors. All available at Bunnings.

Do I receive a Tax Receipt for my purchase?
